Hi!  Dave here. Just welcoming you to our page on this fine day, night, whatever.   I have been slack in my upkeep of this page, and I have been punished......... So now here we go with some textual revisions sure to wow anyone who reads them! This fine pic was taken in April of '98, as Jade and Kath and I visited KSC for a shuttle launch.   I missed most of this one, as you can see, because Kathy was so shutter-happy she couldn't stop shooting long enough to let me turn around and appreciate the view.  Ah well, she was a newbie at the launch, so I can forgive her over-enthusiasm.  Jade failed to take note of the launch, but she did find some nice pieces of paper on the ground, mostly gum-wrappers and stuff. We are now settled in peaceful Mooresville, NC, Andy Griffith and all that.  I have solidified my personal belief that big-city life is for the birds, so to speak.   I am very happy to sit around in the yard and watch the grass grow.  We are fully domesticated, American-style: Two vehicles, taxes and credit-card debt.  I am being true to the nature of my countrymen, I suppose.

Kat is doing a bit of teaching outside of the house and A LOT of teaching inside the house.  Jade is her pupil and she requires constant attention.  Jade is getting a great education, Kathy is using all of her skills in bringing up our little girl. Our big news these days is that Kathy is pregnant!  We are quite happy and Kathy has of late been telling me of the virtues of TWO children, as opposed to more.  TWO children are so much more easy to care for, so much more easy to travel with, so much more easy to provide for, etc., etc.   I can see where this is heading.  Life is good. Job/Career is proceeding well.  The IT biz is rockin' here in the Carolinas.   Much work.  Much fun.
